Purpose Driven Life--Testimonial

My mission. My mission is to create a world where everybody reaches their true potential by making the impossible possible. My purpose is to channel potential and every night I have a ritual that I lay back on my bed and I go, okay, what did I do today to live purpose? What did I do today to align myself in a way that gives me impact, it gives me trajectory. And for the past decade I’ve been commissioned to interview literally thousands of businesses ranging from your, your, your, your startup to your, to your, to your multinational, from your, from your, you know, your retailer to your, I mean, literally everything. I talked to a pickle farmer the other day. I didn’t even know that was a thing.

Hey there, just wanted to take a moment just to give a testimonial for Steven. You know, I had a chance to meet him at this speaker’s bootcamp and I can’t tell you how blown away I am at the talents and the skills that he brings to the table, especially from a strategic standpoint. Just as you start to talk to him and just the way that his, his mind turns and things that he thinks of and the way that he, he pushes the envelope. It’s just something like I’ve never even seen before. So if you have an opportunity to meet with Steven just to work with him and talk and just help him push your ideas forward, it’s going to be time well spent. The first question I always ask when I’m interviewing is what is your company purpose? And I always get these, uh, you know, it’s, it’s to be the number one in my industry or to be the best.

And then when I start to dig in and we start to look at, okay, well how are you aligning that? How are you processing that? How are you making sure that you reach that outcome? We start to get lost in translation. Everything starts to get fuzzy. We start to find, you know, that this doesn’t align with that or that doesn’t align with this or this doesn’t align with that. But when we start with our true purpose, we ask ourselves from an authentic perspective, what is this business met here put here to do? What that allows us to do is it allows us to align all of our processes, all of your systems, all of your KPIs, all of your, your, your ways of doing business in moving through the world, all become congruent with the outcome that you’re trying to hit. Mark Twain said that there’s the, the two most important days in our lives are the day that we’re born and the day that we find out why I would, I would suggest to you that it’s not only important with our own lives, but that’s also important in business.
